Each suite apartment consists of 1 or 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen, private terraces with design outdoor furniture and heated outdoor shower; all super panoramic.
SUSTAINABILITY
Anthea makes sustainability one of its values:
The water is 60% heated by solar energy.
The lighting is 100% Led technology.
Many species of plants from the Mediterranean area have been included, helping the development of local bees.
The centenary olive grove inside the property has been expanded and cleaned, thanks to our "Anthea" oil at Km0 is produced, satisfying all the needs of the structure.
To demonstrate that they truly believe in an idea, that is to protect and promote the territory - but in a slow way - the property has paid the utmost attention to the issues of green building and eco-sustainability using local labor and materials.

Anthea oltre ai suoi appartamenti superior in villa, aumenta la sua proposta di ospitalità con nuovi appartamenti suites per 2/4 persone ognuno, caratterizzati dall'inconfondibile passione per il design e dall'attenzione per l'ospite.

- appartamento panoramico per 4 persone con ampio terrazzo privato attrezzato
- appartamento panoramico per 2 persone con ampio terrazzo privato attrezzato
- attici per 2 persone con terrazzo privato super panoramico
Ogni appartamento suite è composto da 1 o 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, 1 bagno, soggiorno con cucina completa, terrazze attrezzate con tavolo esterno, lettini, poltrone di design e doccia esterna riscaldata; il tutto super panoramico.
SOSTENIBILITA'
Anthea è una struttura che fa della sostenibilità uno dei suoi valori:
L'acqua è per il 60% riscaldata grazie all'energia solare.
L'illuminazione è al 100% a tecnologia Led.
Sono stati inserite molte specie di piante della macchia mediterranea aiutando lo sviluppo delle api locali.
E' stato ampliato e ripulito l'uliveto centenario all'interno della proprietà, grazie al quale si produce il nostro olio "Anthea" a Km0 soddisfacendo tutto il fabbisogno della struttura.
Per dimostrare di credere veramente in un’idea, ossia quella di tutelare e promuovere il territorio - ma in maniera slow - la proprietà ha prestato la massima attenzione ai temi della bioedilizia ed ecosostenibilità usando manodopera e materiali del territorio.
